The manufacturer’s warranty covers any defects in the product; it does not however cover comfort issues. The most common warranty claim is for excessive body impressions (over 1 1⁄2’ on innerspring and 3⁄4” on all foam beds typically). Please make sure that the piece in question is free of stains (as a stain will void the manufacturer’s warranty) and if it is proceed to submitting a claim. There are two ways to submit a warranty claim: Complete this online claim form on your own. You will need a copy of your receipt, a camera, school ruler, string, and a cd or dvd. Midwest Mattress can send someone to your home to conduct a mattress inspection for you. Based on location and availability there may be a charge for this service. If there is a service charge and the mattress is deemed defective the service charge will go towards the delivery charge of the new piece (warranties do not cover transportation charges). If you have any questions or need a copy of your receipt please call any of our locations and speak with a sleep expert. All claims can be handled via the internet or phone so you don’t need to go into the showroom if you don’t want to. Once a piece is deemed defective you will be given a credit equal to the purchase price of the piece to go into our showroom and reselect. You do not have to get the current equivalent of the defective piece.
