Having a clean and hygienic place to rest your head at the end of the day can be essential in getting a good night’s rest. There is a popular home remedy to clean mattress’ that really works! Here what to do:
- Get all of the bedding off of your bed while you clean the mattress (this is a good time to clean your bedding in the washer)
- Obtain a box of baking soda and your favorite essential oil
- Put about 20 drops of the oil into the box of baking soda (for scent)
- Sprinkle the mixture onto your mattress and rub it in for a deeper clean
- Let it sit for about an hour
- Vacuum all baking soda off your bed very slowly making sure you get all of it!
